1. For your next project, go to the "research project" tab at the top of the blog and follow the directions. This is due by April 11, please upload this to the canvas discussion board titled "Research Project".

3/21 Homework

Hi,
For next week you need to: 

1. Upload the final draft of the project to the discussion board titled Final Draft Poster by next Saturday at 9:30am.

2. Be prepared to be working on the final version of the project during class. This means, glue, ink, scissors, your printer or anything else you may require should be handy. As you are working on your piece I will be giving you feedback during the lab time.

3. Here is a video that I would like you to watch before next week. Put it on in the background while you are working on your project. It's Shepard Fairey
talking about the art of posters and the things that inspire him as an artist. We will talk about it next Saturday.

3. DVC Spring Recess is from March 29 - April 4, so no class on April 4.

2.      The purpose of collecting this information is to provide the State of California with data to secure funding that can only be used to support career/technical programs at DVC. In the past, these funds have been used to fund tutoring for students, upgrade computer labs, develop new programs such as Sport Medicine and Alternative Energy, and purchase such state-of-the-art equipment as a digital X-ray unit for the Dental Programs. We need your help to make sure that DVC continues to receive the money we need to keep our programs up-to-date! 

3.      The information you provide will be treated with strict confidentiality! Your Student ID number is required for enrollment verification only; the survey is useless without your student ID number.

4.      Please complete ONE survey EVERY semester that you are enrolled at DVC, if you have completed a survey in another course this semester, there is no need to do so again.
