Wonderful Day Everyone!
Homework:
1. Next week bring your blank sketchbook, pencils and pens.
2. Bring a sample collection of all the letters of the alphabet on one page. You can go hands on, cut out the letters, glue them to the page or create a word document with a wide sample of letters, no two the same and with different colors.
3. Next week we will be talking about fonts.
4. Click on the video tab and watch the 3rd & 4th videos down from the top of the page. Both are about Typography. We will talk about them next week.

Great Job Today Everyone!

Homework:

1. Go to the video tab at the top of the blog and watch the next 3 videos.

A. The Art of Logo Design

B. Typography

C. Typography Tutorial

Take notes, we will talk about them in class.

2. Bring in a copy of your favorite Nursery Rhyme.

3. Copy your notes about the rules of proper flag design into your sketchbook if you have not done so already.

4. In your sketchbook, on one sheet of paper write (Print), your full name as many times as needed to fill the page in neat rows. Your lettering should be no higher 1" at any time.
